Case study

Designing a transport booking app for a popular SG transportation service.

We were commissioned to provide designs to replace a legacy vehicle / taxi booking app, with a much better user experience and to align with their new brand look.

What we did

Designed a consumer mobile app that focuses on allowing users to book for transport efficiently.

Designed an enterprise backend app for staff to view fleet and manage bookings.

Tested with 10 users in the design stage to achieve a baseline customer efficiency score of above 80%.

Delivered designs for a POC low-code prototype using Outsystems UI design system.
